You will share knowledge about local attractions and hotel outlets, and work closely with teams to meet guest needs while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional interactions, accurate billing, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required and a background in hospitality is preferred.
• 1+ years of guest service experience is preferred, with strong communication and customer focus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, as part of the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs and answer inquiries in a friendly, timely manner.
• Provide knowledge about hotel services, local attractions and hours of operation.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and service recovery.
• Monitor and follow cash handling procedures and hotel policies.
