Qualifications

• 1+ years prior guest service experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior Marriott brand hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and assist with guest requests with knowledge of hotel operations.
• Upsell rooms and amenities to maximize revenue and follow brand procedures for cash handling.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and follow the guest service recovery program.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to hotel policies and safety procedures.
