With a focus on exceptional service and brand standards, you will work as part of a team to anticipate guest needs, upsell where appropriate, and ensure accurate billing. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years guest service experience required, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and customer-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and handle special requests.
• Provide knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and hours of operation.
