Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals and supporting management with daily administrative tasks. The role requires initiating genuine conversation and educating guests on products and services.

Responsibilities include understanding EWC services, upselling retail and waxing, guiding guests on Wax Passes, handling check-ins/outs, processing payments, and helping guests use the app to reschedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage time and stay organized.
• Flexibility to work weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of EWC services and products.
• Upsell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on Wax Passes and benefits.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs and handle payments.
• Assist with reservations and app scheduling.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and restrooms.
