Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to create an exceptional guest experience while reaching sales goals. You will educate guests on products and services, upsell retail and waxing options, and assist with daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a friendly, proactive demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to handle check-ins, payments, and reservations. Weekend/evening availability is often needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to perform external or internal events may be required.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Exude a positive, friendly, and personable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Develop thorough understanding of European Wax Center services and products.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins/outs, process payments and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Open and close the center and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
