Job summary

EWC Growth LLC invites applications for a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services, educate guests on benefits, manage check-ins/outs, process payments, and help with reservations. Strong communication and organization are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Exposure to luxury service preferred.
• 2+ years customer service experience or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable guest experience by providing attentive service and using EWC terminology.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Administer check-ins and check-outs, process payments, refunds and reservation requests.
• Inform guests of pre-booking benefits and how to use the app to reschedule.
• Organize the reservation book based on guest requests and associate availability.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the center.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized and visually pleasant environment in lobby and restrooms.
