Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. in Jenkintown, PA is seeking a Sales & Guest Experience Associate to welcome guests, assess needs, and recommend service packages and products to drive sales.

You will learn guest skincare goals and explain benefits of waxing services and retail options, while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming environment. You will also be responsible for opening and closing the center, booking appointments, and resolving guest questions with professionalism.

Qualifications

• One year of service or retail experience.
• Sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proactive, adaptable problem solver and positive team player.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and computers.
• Able to adapt to different guest personalities and stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to keeping a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Sell service packages, memberships, and retail products to guests and prebook their next visit.
• Own your individual sales goals and performance metrics; meet goals to increase commission.
• Learn guests’ needs and skincare goals, and recommend the right services and products.
• Know services, packages, promotions, and retail lines to explain benefits clearly.
• Greet guests warmly, book appointments, and resolve questions or concerns quickly and professionally.
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and up to brand standards.
• Take part in ongoing training to grow product knowledge and sales skills.
• Serve as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the center.
