Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, current promotions, benefits of waxing regularly, and prebooking; be knowledgeable on all EWC products.
• Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols; address inquiries, book reservations, resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain an organized front desk and lobby, keeping brand standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
