You will greet guests, discuss skincare goals, explain wax pass options, promotions, and prebooking, while upholding brand standards and maintaining an organized front desk. Team-based, training-focused role with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of related service or retail experience.
• Strongly prefer previous sales experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with guests.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer technology.
• Ability to adapt to varying guest personalities and remain calm under pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor, setting the tone for a positive experience.
• Engage guests in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, preferences, and skincare goals.
• Proactively educate guests on wax pass options, promotions, benefits of waxing, and prebooking.
• Upholds Artemis Wax standards and protocols at all times.
• Maintain an organized front desk & lobby, upholding brand cleanliness and hygiene.
• Foster a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and sharing product knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on brand knowledge and sales techniques.
