Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to join the store leadership team in Torrance, CA. The role focuses on driving business targets, elevating guest experience, and coaching the Sales & Service team to close gaps in process and product knowledge.

The role involves budgeting, reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of the Sales, Service, and Community teams. Full-time hours with weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store
• Alignment with ALO’s Guiding Principles
• Ability to work across opening/closing and weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to upscale process or system gaps
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor, including coaching and feedback
• Build and maintain client relationships with customers daily
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through staffing and selling initiatives
• Partner with the General Manager to implement the Sales & Service strategy for the store
• Represent the business in meetings and assist with budget, reporting and key metrics
• Lead the Sales, Service, and Community team with mission and principles in mind
• Develop internal and external pipelines through succession planning and recruitment
• Write schedules that align with business strategy in partnership with the GM
