Job summary

ALO in the United States is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's guest experience and sales targets. You will partner with the General Manager to drive strategy, coach the Sales & Service team, and ensure a smooth operation on the floor and back of house.

You’ll represent the business in meetings, manage budgets and metrics, and develop talent through coaching and succession planning while upholding ALO’s guiding principles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Investigate sales opportunities and upscale processes.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver guest experience.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage with workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with General Manager on sales strategy.
