Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Sales Lead who acts as a role model and Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. The role guides a team of Bear Builders to meet store sales goals while modeling Experience First behaviors for an engaging guest experience.

When not on duty as Floor Leader, you will function as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards. Flexibility to work varied retail hours is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
