Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a TEMP Sales Lead who also serves as Floor Leader on Duty. You will guide Bear Builders, model Experience First behaviors, and help achieve store sales goals while ensuring a memorable Guest experience.

On non-lead shifts, you perform as a Bear Builder, delivering exceptional service, maintaining brand standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for Guests. This role requires a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s degree in business, management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Guest service and guide a team to meet sales goals.
• Lead and support Bear Builders; ensure store operations run smoothly.
• Model Experience First behaviors and give feedback to leadership on performance and compliance.
