When not on duty, the position functions as a Bear Builder, delivering outstanding guest service and a warm, inclusive atmosphere. You will lead, support, and train a team to maintain brand standards, while remaining adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week.
• Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.

• Provide feedback to the management team to address performance and compliance issues.
