Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead who will be a role model Bear Builder and serve as Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. The role blends leadership with frontline guest interactions to support store sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.

On non-designated days, the role reverts to Bear Builder responsibilities, focusing on guest engagement, brand standards, and teamwork. Flexibility for a retail schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to work 15-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a role model to others in providing exceptional Guest service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals.
• Model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to management on performance and compliance issues.
