Job summary

Blue Hawaiian seeks a friendly Guest Relations Agent to greet guests, conduct check-in briefings, and support in-store retail sales at the base of operations. The role emphasizes extraordinary service at every touch point with Blue Hawaiian, including check-in, safety briefings, flight following, ramp operations and retail sales.

A teammate in this role is expected to be knowledgeable about the local area and an expert on the attractions, tours, and retail that we sell.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; bilingual a plus.
• Knowledge of local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional greeting and extraordinary guest service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up.
• Prepare detailed purchase recap and thank guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
