Job summary

Blue Hawaiian is hiring a Guest Relations Agent in Hawaii to provide in-person check-in briefs and retail sales support at the base of operations. You will help guests with product selection, upsell experiences, and deliver exceptional service across check-in, safety briefings, flight following, ramp operations and retail.

Role includes competitive hourly pay with a biweekly commission program based on sales and add-ons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Expert knowledge of local area and attractions.
• Knowledge of tour industry.
• Fluent English; bilingual a plus.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous guest greetings and service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up.
• Provide a detailed recap of purchases and thank guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
