Job summary

Blue Hawaiian, based in Hawaii, is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to greet guests in person, check in, deliver safety briefings, assist with flight following, and support retail sales while sharing knowledge of local attractions. The role emphasizes extraordinary service at every touch point and growing base revenue through retail sales, upgrades, and experiences.

You will be expected to work Sundays through Saturdays, with 3–5 days per week and shifts from early to late, standing for long

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent personal interaction skills are required.
• Expert knowledge of local area and attractions is preferred.
• Knowledge of tour industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a professional and courteous greeting and extraordinary guest service.
• Establish rapport and help guests select products that match their needs.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with satisfaction and urgency, following up to ensure resolution.
• Provide a thorough recap of the purchase and thank the guest for their business.
