You will guide guests through discovery, recommend experiences, and drive revenue with retail and upsell opportunities while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Expert knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Knowledge of the tour industry and related products.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional, courteous greeting and exceptional service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs via discovery questions.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide thorough purchase recap and thank the guest for their business.
• General duties as assigned.
