Blue Hawaiian Guest Relations is seeking a Guest Relations Agent in Hawaii to provide face-to-face check-in briefings and retail sales support, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests professionally, build rapport, upsell experiences, and help guests discover local attractions and tours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent personal interaction skills and service orientation.
• Expert knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Knowledge of tour industry.
• Fluent English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous guest greetings and service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up.
• Provide thorough recap of the purchase and thank the guest for their business.
• Other duties as assigned.
