Job summary

Blue Hawaiian is seeking a Guest Relations Agent to provide in-person, personalized check-in briefings and retail sales support at the base of operations. You will ensure extraordinary service, upsell experiences, and grow base revenue while staying compliant with company policies.

The role offers competitive hourly pay of USD 19.00–24.00 plus a biweekly commission program based on sales, with earnings shared among the team. Availability includes weekends, with 3–5 days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent personal interaction and communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Knowledge of tour industry is preferred.
• Fluent English required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional greeting and extraordinary guest service.
• Assist guests in selecting products matching their needs using discovery questions.
• Sell retail items and upsell experiences.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with follow-up.
• Provide a detailed purchase recap and thank the guest.
• Other duties as assigned.
