Job summary

EWC Growth LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals. You will upsell retail products and waxing services and educate guests on Wax Passes, with responsibilities including check-ins, payments, refunds, and reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage time and stay organized, including weekends/evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional guest experience while achieving sales goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell retail products and waxing services.
• Educate guests on benefits and savings of Wax Passes.
• Process check-ins/outs, payments, refunds and reservations.
• Inform guests about pre-booking benefits and app usage.
• Open and close the center; maintain a clean, organized lobby and restrooms.
