Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in a high-volume food & beverage setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to foster teamwork.
• Able to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to work in a smoking environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and answer questions.
• Take guest orders and relay them to kitchen and bar.
• Serve courses, garnish plates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Observe guests and respond to requests; handle payment and make change.
• Maintain clean service areas and reset tables between courses.
