Responsibilities

• Provide clear vision of the company mission to restaurant team and ensure tasks are understood.
• Lead and manage all FOH staff including hiring, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas of operation.
• Write shift reports detailing business and email to management team.
• Attend management meetings and review timekeeping punches for FOH staff.
