We’re seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, assist with registration, and guide them through checkout with care and accuracy. You’ll balance cash, provide information on attractions, quote room rates, and respond quickly to inquiries, ensuring every guest leaves with a memorable experience within our hospitality-focused

Formación

• Hospitality/guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and provide information about resort and attractions.
• Capable of handling cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Clear communication in English with guests and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and assist from check-in to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money handling tasks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
