Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
• Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage the reception area with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Answer phones, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate conference room reservations and guest logistics.
• Enforce security procedures for arrivals and departures.
• Assist guests with wayfinding and building amenities information.
• Coordinate with maintenance, IT, AV, and mail services as needed.
