Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a Receptionist to be the first impression for visitors and to operate the switchboard, ensuring guests feel welcome and secure throughout their visit. You will establish a warm, professional atmosphere for clients, recruits, customers and employees.

As part of the team, you will greet guests, manage calls, assist with room reservations and help coordinate building operations while upholding the hospitality standards Flik is known for.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in a client service / reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment.
• Computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors warmly and identify them by name when possible.
• Answer telephones professionally and relay messages accurately.
• Manage conference room activities and reservations, track start/end times.
• Enforce security policies for visitors and contractors.
• Provide way-finding and information to guests and staff.
• Coordinate car service requests for visitors and staff.
• Communicate needs to internal support teams (maintenance, IT, AV, mail).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
