Qualifications

• Experience in a client service / reception position.
• Some college is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitors visitor registrations via a centralized email inbox.
• Escorts high-touch clients to meeting destinations.
