Qualifications

• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment.
• Or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.
• 18 years old or older.
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and assist members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Answer phones promptly and provide information.
• Assist with payments and receipts and give change.
• Maintain club cleanliness during shift and promote promotions to drive revenue.
• Promote memberships and special promotions to customers.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure a positive member experience.
