Job summary

Planet Fitness in North Haven, CT is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise front desk operations and support the General Manager. The role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced gym environment and delivering excellent member service with a friendly, professional demeanor.

You will monitor club metrics, train front desk staff, coordinate shift coverage, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards while communicating with management to drive daily performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
• 6 months supervisor/manager experience in a high traffic restaurant or retail setting preferred (1 year).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities
