Responsibilities

• Greet and assist gym members at the Front Desk.
• Answer questions and resolve member concerns with courtesy.
• Process memberships, tours, cancellations, and rate reviews per scripts.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in reception and front areas.
• Operate front-desk software and basic office tools.
• Follow safety, sanitization, and company policies; perform related duties.
