Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members.
• Provide telephone service; answer promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem solving.
• Maintain club cleanliness during shifts and manage payments.
• Promote benefits and promotions to drive revenue and loyalty.
