Job summary

The Westin Indianapolis, part of Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences from welcome to checkout. You will handle check-ins/outs, provide local insights, and ensure a seamless stay with your warm, proactive approach.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills, plus flexibility for weekends/holidays. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced team focused on guest satisfaction and memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Very good computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel or resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures.
• Provide information about facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist in administrative tasks, such as answering calls and reservations.
