You’ll support activities from Buy Online Pickup In Store to merchandise returns and order pickups, while upholding Macy’s service standards and customer-first mindset.

This role requires strong multitasking, problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to meet daily sales goals and provide friendly service.
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with purchases, returns, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and greeting customers.
• Support BOPS and curbside pickup tasks as needed.
