Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPS, returns, order pickups, and related tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

Roles require strong multitasking, customer-focused attitude, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help keep the store space inviting and assist customers throughout their visit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a seamless and personalized shopping experience across BOPS, returns, order pickups, and related tasks.
• Support total store fulfillment and ensure a friction-free customer pickup experience.
• Maintain a welcoming, clean, organized shopping space and assist with curbside pickup when needed.
• Promote Macy's Loyalty program and guide customers through benefits.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent service.
