Job summary

Macy's is seeking an At Your Service Center Colleague to deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support BOPS, merchandise returns, order pickups, and other tasks while upholding Macy's service standards.

The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You will help keep the store welcoming, assist customers across total store fulfillment,

Qualifications

Excellent customer service mindset and hospitality.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Read and follow store policies in English.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
Proactively meet daily sales goals and contribute to loyalty program awareness.

Responsibilities

Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and promotions.
Help keep At Your Service areas clean, organized and welcoming.
Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and in-store transactions.
Be proficient in required systems to complete transactions and returns.
Recover merchandise and keep pickup/return areas tidy for a friction-free experience.
Finish interactions by highlighting loyalty benefits and thanking customers.
