This role emphasizes multitasking, problem-solving, and a customer-first mindset, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. You’ll help keep the sales floor inviting and well-organized so every customer feels welcome.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to understand and communicate with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand policies and safety rules in English.
• Make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and keep the At Your Service areas clean and organized.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store, returns, and order pickups; complete transactions using POS systems.
• Support curbside pickup and ensure a friction-free customer experience.
• Promote Macy's loyalty benefits and thank customers by name.
