Kids Empire in Gresham, Oregon is seeking a Park Assistant Manager to oversee daily park operations, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience for families and children.

You will handle guest questions, resolve complaints, assist with training and audits, manage check-in on iPad, and support event coordination while maintaining high service standards. This is a full-time role requiring weekend availability and a proactive, safety-minded leadership approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children and maintain safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and strong organizational abilities.
• Able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ensure they feel welcome and safe in the park.
• Supervise staff to meet production and service goals.
• Assist Park Manager with training and audits.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative staff environment.
• Open/close park and manage check-in via iPad.
• Handle cash at front desk and POS transactions.
• Monitor guest safety and enforce park rules.
• Coordinate family events and assist events operation.
