Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest/patient services, hire/train/discharge associates, plan and direct work, and manage performance and financial reporting while supervising at least two associates.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safety standards, and driving productivity to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park's safety policies and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Efficiently allocates labor resources to support service delivery and maintain productivity.
• Actively engages in recruitment and hiring processes to attract the best talent.
• Instructs and guides associates through orientation and on-the-job training; conducts regular performance appraisals.
• Develops relationships with client staff and maintains regular communication about objectives and performance.
• Manages revenue reporting, cash handling and shift-level reconciliation and controls.
