Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure high levels of client, customer, and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will oversee guest services, hire and train staff, assess performance, and manage daily operations with a focus on quality and safety.

You will coordinate labor, monitor satisfaction metrics, and work with the Account Manager to meet client expectations while ensuring accurate revenue reporting and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park’s customer service principles and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and maintain productivity.
• Participates in recruitment and training to ensure qualified staff.
• Guides associates through orientation, training, and performance feedback.
• Maintains relationships with client staff and ensures team focuses on client objectives.
• Drives business metrics for forecasting, productivity, revenue, and turnover.
