Job summary

Towne Park is seeking an Associate Manager to ensure exceptional guest and client satisfaction at a designated location. The role involves hiring, training, evaluating, and directing a team, while managing daily operations, revenue reporting, and client relationships.

Responsibilities include ensuring high service standards, coordinating staffing, and coaching associates to meet performance goals within the Towne Park framework.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently on all shifts.
• Allocates labor resources to support service delivery and manages staffing levels.
• Participates in recruitment and hiring to select the best team for the location.
• Guides new associates through onboarding and provides ongoing training and coaching.
• Maintains regular client communication and ensures team focus on exceeding expectations.
• Manages financial aspects, revenue reporting, and shift-level accounting and reporting.
