Kasa Living in Nashville seeks a Hospitality Associate to be the heart of on-site guest experiences. You'll blend physical presence with digital tools, reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with Guest Experience and Property Operations teams.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong guest service skills, and a tech affinity. Flexible shifts, reliable transport, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are expected as part of daily duties.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year in guest service roles.
• Tech-savvy with interest in learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and assisting guests at check-in and addressing needs.
• Provide guests with local recommendations and insights.
• Quality assurance and upkeep of common areas; perform routine checks.
• Prepare for upcoming arrivals and coordinate guest engagement events with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Address guest requests via Breezeway and resolve live issues.
• Coordinate with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer for quick resolutions.
• Handle emergencies such as lockouts and urgent requests.
