Job summary

Kasa Living is seeking a Hospitality Associate to join the East Hospitality Team at Kasa Downtown D.C. You will be the face of our onsite guest experience, blending physical presence with digital tools. You will collaborate with Guest Experience and Property Operations to deliver seamless stays.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong guest service skills, and a tech-savvy mindset. The role requires flexibility across shifts and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required: minimum 2 years, or 2 years in customer service.
• Guest service skills: at least 1 year in guest-facing roles.
• Tech affinity and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, check-in, and address immediate needs or requests.
• Provide local recommendations and insights to guests.
• Maintain common areas and perform quality checks using Safety Culture after each cleaning.
• Prepare for guest arrivals and organize engagement events with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Address guest requests via Breezeway and resolve live issues promptly.
• Coordinate with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer; handle emergencies such as lockouts.
