Job summary

Kasa is hiring a Hospitality Associate for our Chicago team. You will be the heart of the onsite guest experience at Kasa Lakeshore, joining under the Operations Manager and collaborating with Guest Experience and Property Operations. A strong tech affinity and a proactive service mindset are essential.

Expect a role with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to engage guests, coordinate events, and maintain high cleanliness standards across common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or 2 years in customer service.
• At least 1 year in guest service roles.
• Strong affinity for technology and learning new systems.
• Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Calm under pressure with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check‑in and address requests.
• Provide local recommendations and insights for Streeterville guests.
• Maintain common areas and perform quality checks after cleaning.
• Coordinate guest arrivals and events with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Address guest requests via Breezeway and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate with remote Guest Experience team via Slack and Kustomer.
