Kasa in Nashville is seeking a Hospitality Associate to be the heart of the on-site guest experience, blending in-person service with digital tools. You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with Guest Experience and Property Operations to ensure smooth arrivals and memorable stays.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, flexible, with hospitality experience, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable working with remote teams via Slack and Kustomer.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or 2 years in customer service.
• At least 1 year in guest service roles.
• Strong technology affinity and willingness to learn new systems.
• Must be available for varied shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintains composure under pressure and communicates clearly.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and address immediate needs or requests.
• Provide local recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain and stock common areas; perform quality checks with our Safety Culture tool.
• Prepare for arrivals and coordinate guest engagement events with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Address guest requests and troubleshooting via Breezeway and live support.
