Kasa Living, Inc. is hiring a Hospitality Associate to be the heart of onsite guest experience at Kasa Downtown DC. You will blend in-person guest interactions with digital tools to ensure smooth check-ins, local insights, and proactive guest engagement.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality expertise, strong communication, and comfort with technology. Expect varied shifts and opportunities to leverage Breezeway, Slack, and Kustomer in a fast-paced, guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience or 2 years in customer service.
• At least 1 year in guest service roles.
• Strong affinity for technology and learning new systems.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must have reliable transportation and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at check-in/out; address immediate needs and requests.
• Provide personalized local recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain and stock common areas; perform quality checks using Safety Culture tool.
• Prepare for arrivals and coordinate guest engagement events with housekeeping/maintenance.
• Address guest requests and resolve issues via Breezeway; manage live guest issues.
