Kasa, a tech-enabled hospitality brand, seeks a Property Operations Associate (Hospitality) for the South market in the Studio Haus building, Austin. You will be the face of Kasa during guests' stays, assisting with relocations, providing local recommendations, and ensuring spaces meet brand standards.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to drive efficiency, manage inspections, and support operational improvements while working a schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Think like an owner with accountability for unit/building performance.
• Proficient with modern technology tools and uses them to complete daily work.
• Comfortable with using a toolkit and able to handle minor repairs.
• Establish and implement processes to ensure high-quality standards.
• Punctual, reliable, and willing to work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with relocations as needed.
• Coordinate daily operations and plan for next-day activities.
• Enhance VIP guest experiences and provide local area recommendations.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure spaces meet brand standards.
