Job summary

Kasa Downtown DC is seeking a Hospitality Associate to deliver on-site guest experiences with a blend of physical presence and digital tools. You will report to the Operations Manager and collaborate with Guest Experience and Property Operations teams.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, strong guest service skills, and comfort with tech tools to support our remote team and dynamic operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in hospitality or 2 years in customer service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/out and address requests.
• Provide local recommendations and personalize guest experiences.
• Maintain common areas and perform quality checks using Safety Culture.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance and plan guest events.
• Resolve guest issues via Breezeway and support remote teams.
