Job summary

Towne Park seeks an Associate Manager to ensure high client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. You will manage guest services, hire/train staff, direct work, and report on performance and finances.

Role includes handling customer concerns and supervising a minimum of two associates. The position offers competitive compensation with potential bonuses and an evening schedule (1 PM–11 PM) on weekdays and one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in hospitality.
• Knowledge of Towne Park procedures and client service standards.
• Safe driving policies and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest service experience is delivered exceptionally and consistently.
• Allocate labor resources to support service delivery and productivity goals.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new associates.
• Support Account Manager with guidelines and training for new staff.
• Develop relationships with client staff and maintain regular communication.
