Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Crew Manager to wow customers with fast, friendly service and to oversee daily store operations. You will train crew, assist with receiving, stock, and open/close procedures, acting as Manager on Duty when needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, college experience preferred, and at least one year of management experience; strong communication, multitasking, creativity, and composure under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers by providing fast, friendly checkout and superior service.
• Oversees daily store activities and supports staff to ensure strong customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves for quick placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staffing.
• Opens or closes store, secures cash, doors, alarms, and sets daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance including cleaning and stock room.
